We are a small business in Sri Lanka. To be more precise, this is our family business. We started this business because we believed that in addition to the income that tourism brings to Sri Lanka, we can make an impactful difference in Sri Lanka. Our business has also been able to provide additional income sources to many small entrepreneurs. All the entrepreneurs who have gathered around our business are small-scale entrepreneurs. We are sincerely happy about the economic strength this gives them.
There are currently at least 1.5 million tuk-tuks plying on the roads of Sri Lanka. Most of these tuk-tuks have been purchased on credit. They have to pay a large monthly fee for them. But it is quite difficult to pay such a large monthly fee based on their income. They also have to maintain their daily lives with the money they earn from driving tuk-tuks. This is a big economic struggle.

In the event of an accident, the vehicles and passengers are fully insured.
This insurance will also cover injuries and damages to the passengers. The third party will also be covered. Also, if you can obtain insurance in your country, that would be great.

It can be done very easily. Then, our company's driver will bring the tuk-tuk, local driving license, and other documents to the latest location you requested and deliver them.
You can pay through PayPal or a secure credit card payment gateway (Stripe).
This can be easily done by notifying us two days before the end of the trip. Then one of our employees will come and pick up the tuk-tuk from the destination you specify. (This may incur a small additional cost.)
Theft or hijacking of a tuk-tuk is not a common occurrence in Sri Lanka. However, if the tuk-tuk you are driving is stolen under some unusual circumstances, it is covered under insurance.
(This may be different if you take the vehicle with the keys in your possession, in which case it may not be covered by insurance.)
Report such an incident to us immediately. We will inform the nearest police station. You can also get insurance coverage for all categories covered by the insurance you have purchased.
However, you will have to pay approximately $90 for the license and insurance related to the tuk-tuk you have lost.

Yes. You will need to make an advance payment to secure a tuk tuk rental from a local owner and to prepare the vehicle.
