Local participants are individuals or representatives of organizations based in Sri Lanka. This includes businesses, government entities, educational institutes, and students residing in Sri Lanka.
What is the registration fee for Local Participants?
The standard registration fee for local participants is LKR 20,000. This fee covers access to all conference sessions, exhibition areas, and networking events.
How does bulk registration work?
Bulk registration allows a single main registrant to register multiple participants under one application. Each participant will receive a separate account and email verification. A 5% discount is applied if your group has 5 or more participants.
Can I pay for my registration later?
Yes, you can complete your registration details and choose to pay later. Your registration status will remain 'Pending Payment' until the full fee is received. Full payment is required for confirmation of attendance.
What documents are required for registration?
A valid National ID (NIC) is required. If you are requesting B2B meetings, uploading a company brochure is highly recommended to facilitate matching.
