      The Court can determine the constitutionality of a Bill (including urgent bills) referred by the President or Speaker.<\/li>
    • Article 121-123<\/strong> \u2013 Special Provisions for Urgent Bills<\/strong>
      Enables the President to refer urgent Bills directly to the Supreme Court for an opinion within 24 hours.<\/li>
    • Article 124<\/strong> \u2013 Effect of Court\u2019s Determination on Legislation<\/strong>
      Specifies the binding nature of Supreme Court\u2019s rulings on the validity of laws.<\/li><\/ul>
      1. Fundamental Rights Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
