Standard Warranty Policy

Authorized sellers offer free repairs for defective products when used under normal conditions. The warranty period is based on the purchase date, as shown on the original proof of purchase and warranty card. This warranty applies only to products bought from authorized sellers in the listed countries, including those in the Gulf and the Caucasus.

To claim the warranty, the original purchaser must bring the product to an authorized service center in the country of purchase, along with the original proof of purchase and warranty card. The product must have an intact, visible serial tag. This warranty does not cover second-hand or refurbished products.

  • Products with removed or illegible serial numbers.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or physical damage.
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Battery issues due to misuse, tampering, or unauthorized use.
  • Damage from spills, modifications, or external interference.
  • Use beyond the product’s intended purpose or with unauthorized accessories.
