Important Rules
- Exceeding 4 hours will result in the full 8-hour daily charge.
- Usage beyond 8 hours (standard time 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) incurs an hourly surcharge of 1/10th the standard rate.
- A coordination fee of Rs. 750.00 is charged per hall per day.
- Computer Lab: An additional charge of Rs. 750.00 per computer per day applies.

Accommodation Policies
- Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Late Check-out: Between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM incurs a half-day surcharge; after 4:00 PM a full day's charge applies.
- A/C Discount: All A/C rooms (except VIP) can be booked at the non-A/C rate of Rs. 2,000.
- Extra Person: An extra person may stay in a double room (except VIP) for Rs. 650 — includes bedsheet and pillow only (no extra bed).
- Administration Fee: Rs. 600/day for groups of 3+; Rs. 1,200/day for groups of 30+.
- Alcohol: Strictly prohibited within the premises.
- Gates: Closed at 10:00 PM; entry/exit after this time requires prior permission.

Booking & Financial Policies
- Advance Payment: A 50% deposit of the estimated total is required to confirm all bookings.
- Early Departure: If rooms are booked for multiple days but vacated early, a fee of Rs. 250 per room per unused day is charged.
- Cancellation: If cancelled after the 50% deposit, 5% of the total estimated bill is retained as a cancellation fee.
- Pricing: Rates are subject to change based on government regulations or market prices at the time of final confirmation.
- Coordination: All transactions must be handled through the official institutional coordinating officers.
